Your next step is to send them a custom quote to either confirm or decline the opportunity. After that, simply mark it on your calendar, show up and deliver your best performance. Payments for the event will be processed automatically, eliminating the hassle of chasing invoices or waiting for checks in the mail.
You will be in direct contact with the customer right from the moment they inquire. This allows you to provide a quote that accurately reflects the work requested and takes into account your travel, overhead, expertise, number of staff, and more.
